Crossroads Baptist Church partners with YouTurn Ministries to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ in Malawi, Africa. Our main focus is village evangelism. Our teams travel from village to village and hut to hut sharing the gospel message. We have had the opportunity to share the gospel with thousands of Malawians and many have been willing to accept the free gift of salvation offered through faith in the Person and work of Jesus.

We also financially support a pastor’s training school in the Msundwe district. When we are there, we supply additional teaching support from our American pastors. This school educates and prepares local Malawian villagers for their pastoral responsibilities in their home village. The goal is to prepare these men to make disciples in their villages.

The opportunity to share the gospel and minister to people in another country through interpreters is not an experience that everyone will have the honor to experience. However, for those that do experience it, it is an experience that often changes their life. The “mission mindset” that a team member experiences usually follows them home and they become more evangelically minded as they return to “normal life.” They realize
that they “can share the gospel.”
